The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products. Once the order is processed and shipped, all risks in the products will be passed onto you if you choose the International Standard Post or Free Shipping option. You should consider Express Post for tracking purposes. We only cover lost or stolen items if you choose 'Express Shipping' services.
Duties/Tax/V.A.T/ICOD
By law, we are required to put the price paid on our invoices for customer shipments.
All orders are subject to VAT/Tax/Duties charged by your country's customs. Some shipping companies may also apply an ICOD(referred to as a brokerage charge). Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
International customers are responsible for all additional taxes, duties, and ICOD brokerage charges imposed by their country's customs. We do not receive any portion of these costs; they are assigned by their country's customs and shipping team as a separate entity.
If your order is subject to these duties/taxes/ICOD brokerage charges, they will NOT appear on your SUPAWEAR invoice but will be presented to you and collected by the parcel carrier at the time of delivery as a separate cost. This cost is not imposed by us but by the parcel carrier according to the laws of the receiving country.
If you refuse to pay taxes/duties/ICOD brokerage charges, your parcel will be returned to The Lifestyle Co PTY LTD and refunded minus the shipping costs.
